Yeah no this is not any actual character from Left 4 Dead. Just an OC. His name's Parker. He has no last name because...he's too badass for one. Or something. That's his dog named Samhain (Sammy for short ;D ). The dog's an Australian Shepherd because they're awesome and cute.Also...it's supposed to look sketchy, that wasn't an accident. xD
