This character/drawing was totally inspired by the song 'Sarah Smiles' by Panic! At the Disco. I love love love their new albumn.Anyways. Her name is Sarah. Sort of. I put a lot of thought into her character because I had a lot of free time on my hands when I designed her. She can be whatever she wants, take any form, even be a he, or not be anything at all. Idk what I was thinking. I'm going to be drawing her a lot though because I've really taken a liking to her. C":
It's supposed to look this sketchy too…although this is my first time actually putting effort into a drawing with a tablet (though this only took me about an hour so it's probably not the best >A> ).
Meh. Anyways, I'll be trying to improve my art with this tablet. Using either Gimp or Corel Painter Essentials 4 (which is surprisingly good for coming free with my tablet, and it's what was used to draw this).
Also can anyone guess where her eye design comes from...?

It's by the guy who does Invader Zim, if you know that, idk, and it's about this guy who's an outcast and takes out all his anger/issues with the world by being dahdahdah...a homicidal maniac. xDD But he never gets caught/arrested, anything, and it's pretty much just a story about his insanity. It's a lot better than I'm making it sound. >w>;;; )
