Norie is a social creature, finding comfort in being around others and making friends in her pack. It isn't unlikely for her to find herself in groups and easing in to simple conversations.
Runa, on the other hand, is an outcast and they always have been. After spending much of winter holed away in a den recovering from the injury they got during the mudslide that tore them from their father's side. The injury, though, only acted as their scapegoat. Now spring, they were being instructed to get exercise to regain their strength and build muscle in their injured leg once again. These little walks didn't take them far and, when faced with blooming laughter and warm voices, they only watched the Taikan's from a distance before turning away and heading back to their solitude.
mostly an update on how what the heck Runa has been up to, but then I threw Norie in to split up these buddy boost souls LOL
