MARCH MCC: RECENTER

Times have been changing for Elara with the turn of the seasons. She never spoke it aloud much, but she had felt stagnant in Skydas for a while. Little progress seemed to be made toward discovering answers to the seasonal deaths and the Spirits were quiet, so much so there were moments she feared they'd left her. That was, until the dreams of healing found her resting mind and the visions lingered in her waking mind, too. Unfolding further until they took her South. To Taika. To Morgur.

That was truly when life seemed to spin beyond her wildest fantasies. As her dreams brought her to the head of Taika; an alpha.

There is stress and exhaustion that comes with leadership, but there is also hope. Elara had never pictured herself a leader, but she'd beginning to realize how fulfilling it is to a helpful soul. She had felt stagnant in Skydas, but in Taika, she feels her mind and soul flowing freely once more. Ideas of peace and unity shine in her mind, not quite about unifying the island like she'd once hoped for in Skydas, but for unifying herself with Taika. She's determined to do right by the Spirits and do right for the Taikans; for her pack. Her family.

While it has not been without it's hiccups, Elara has settled into the role of Akis with contentment and hope in her heart.

I've been very introspective lately and I feel very emotional posting this for Elara. My oldest wolf OC and a character that holds a very special place in my heart. Elara has grown with me from her very first iterations as a white wolf named Star on WolfQuest LOL,, her journey in SVA has been particularly heartwarming to be able to play/see. She has grown so much.. and I think I have grown with her too.
