Heh, I learned it at vocational school when i learned cooking. We often had to be waitresses as well, so sometimes I had heels and tray with juice glasses. It was hard, but I managed to do it wothout dropping them to floor xD

It's a school where people learns different vocations like being a cook,a baker,electronics thing (where I work currently) etc. I'm sure that other countries has those schools as well.
