Here is the second "dragon trek" character. Took me long enough to post this.
It’s Hugh! Yay! My favorite Trek character. (I’m working on a fan-fiction to change his fate and everything!)

HughName meaning(s): Soul and intellect.
Distinguishing features: Many, I mean, just look at the poor little fellow.
Other stuff: As you can see his wings are shredded, and he can’t fly. He also tends to let them drag on the ground.
After he was… uh de-Borged, his wings were repaired, but he is still not the most confident flyer. Choosing to walk whenever he can.
Family: ??? Dose Geordi count?
Occupation/rank: ???
Personality: Curious, thoughtful, and very sweet once to get to know him. Cares a lot about his friends.
Fire breath: None. He is unable to breath any kind of fire, unlike Seven of Nine.
Age: Young. Exact age unknown.
Star Trek franchise belongs to Paramount/created by Gene Roddenberry.
