Description
The Samozniy Arms Type 3 Assault Rifle (SA-AR-3) is the current-issue assault-rifle calibre weapon of the People's Standing Army, and is chambered for the Samozniy-standard 5.45x45mm cartridge.
This HBAR variant features a 20" barrel with a supporting bipod, and is able to deliver sub-MOA performance capable of striking head-sized targets out to 450m.

Whilst this has been labelled as a WIP, it's far closer to completion than the AR-1 I posted. There are other rifles to this family, so I ought to post a compilation image for the whole AR-3 Mod 2 family, but here's the HBAR for now.
