Very interesting shot. I wish i knew you guys in person because it'd be really fun to know what Meli is like. She has such an air of dominance, even looking at herself int he mirror it's like she's trying to conquer even herself.

Much thanks, I can see what you mean ^^ but what did made the shot for me here was the way she let her fingers gently slip through her hairs. It's the kind of little feminine gestures I do love to witness, making the mystical charms of the Woman. 
To be honest, except for Meli's bit unusual look, we are quite regular people you know, even if some of our pictures may leads to think we celebrate a Black Mass every night (when it's only one out of two, jk!), do drugs or wathever else I can't even think of... lol!

two of her.....hey my man, get building that cloning machine!!!! i love the crispness of this pic the glass blocks and blueish/whiteish lighting contrast really well against her hair, belt, gloves etc....really nice the way you get two viewpoints of her , i love pics in the mirror, but its hard to do.but you pulled this off expertly.

It's always easier to work in inspiring place, and this small motel room was quite a great find for us, it was really fun to have a shoot over there. From there, the rest was just letting our ideas go free and try to catch them on picture! ^^

vraiment magnifique. J'adore l'effet qui rapelle la juxtaposition de photos (comme celle que j'ai fait dans "tourniquet") en plus, donné par un miroir c'est trés fort car souvent on a du mal à ne pas choper des poussieres ou des reflets. Donc déjà j'adore la composition de l'image et sa qualité... et bien sûr l'idée est géniale et Méli toujours aussi jolie avec une peau couleur rose pale type poupée ca contraste bien avec le côté fétiche plus trash du reste de la photo.
Vraiment fantastique, du travail de qualité bravo a vous deux

C'est ce qui est parfois dangereux avec les miroirs, autant ça peut donner de très bonne photos, comme ça peut tout gâcher... 
C'est un thème assez classique finalement, presqu'un incontournable, mais puisque le résultat me plaît alors pourquoi pas?

La question n'est pas que ce soit un classique. On renouvelle toujours les genres en y posant notre petite touche personnelle ^^ et puis il faut bien faire les choses comme on les aiment. C'est toujours avec le coeur qu'on produit les plus belles "oeuvres" et ce sont toujours celles qui touchent le plus ... pas besoin de donner systematiquement dans le compliqué!

Bien entendu je sais qu'on ne peut espèrer faire du 100% pur inédit et original... J'aime ton expression, c'est bien avec les yeux du coeur qu'il faut tenter de voir et non pas avec ceux de la mémoire.
