I used a bit of Photoshop magic on this one.
I created a separate layer and then set the layer effects to "outter glow".
Using a very small brush setting I randomly placed dots all over her dress and then expand or retract the glow size.
There ya have it, sparklies!

I love this movie so much. They don''t make movies like this anymore, One of my childhood favorites. I hope they make some more cartoons about Roger someday.

I have a story about that actually...
It's a long angry "life sucks" story, that mostly just angers me, but a story nonetheless...
I saw a Jessica Big Fig... that I REALLY wanted... the next to last time I went to Disney World... which I believe was Spring Break 2006... I wanted it, but I didn't have much of a dime to my name at that point, so I couldn't get it. *Sad face*
So, when I went back to Disney World december of last year, I was all excitified, 'cause I had some money this time. 1st few days we were at Universal Studios though, so I clearly couldn't buy it then...
So one day, we get back to the hotel from Universal... and I go, "Oh crap... where's my money..." Search, search, search, look, look, look, don't friggin find it... I lost $150ish somehow... still not quite sure how to this day... only like the second time in my life this has happened to me...
So I'm noticably pissed off for the next day or so after that...
So finally, after watching me fume for long enough, my parents agree to buy me one as a graduation present. Which on the one hand, makes me go "Yay!" 'cause I can still get one, but also I'm still bummed, because I still don't have money, and now I'm using up graduation present credit... (heh)
But I'm getting one...
So we go to MGM the next day, we go to the gallery... place... thing, where I saw it last time. They don't have it. We ask a guy, he says they're out at the moment, we can check the store at the Magic Kingdom, and if they don't have it, there's a store at Downtown Disney who will DEFINATELY have it...
So next day, we go to The Magic Kingdom, they don't have it either, naturally, but I don't get too worked up about it, because the Downtown Disney store will DEFINATELY have it...
So that night, we go to Downtown Disney... for the SOLE AND ONLY REASON of getting this figure, because they'll DEFINATELY have it...
Can we all guess what happened next?
Big shock: They don't have it.
So they say, they've already ordered more, and they get them from a Disney Warehouse that's like 10 minutes away, but due to the complications of Big Business, they can't just drive them over or anything, they have procedures, it takes a while for everything to get processed, and shipped and all that junk... and they're expecting more in like a week, which does me absolutely no good, because I'll be back in Illinois in a week.
So they give me a card with a phone number on it, say I can call it to try to work something out, by the time I get home, in all the hustle and bustle of vacation madness, I've lost the card... yadda yadda yadda...
End of story, I still don't have one.
And I'm pissy about it. (As I'm sure you noticed)

Love Jessica and Roger Rabbit .... was in love with that movie forever after it came out .. great piece. These were one of the first cartoons I ever drew back in grad school and sold copies of my prints for 10 cents each lmao!
