First off, this is insanely gorgeous. I wouldn't normally even have much critique on this in the first place, but since you asked for it and really want to improve, I am going to have to do a lot of nit-picking to really find anything to talk about. But, here goes. On the really macro all the zoomed in version, things get a little too stark. Like...the rain drops looks very sharp and in some places, squiggly. Honest you probably just need to smudge them up a little bit, maybe guassion blur them into submission, or possibly just set them on soft light. Not much needs to be done, just a little bit. There are a few lines in your outlining details that could benefit from a slight smudging as well. The yellow 'glow' around the horse is pretty, but I think it would also look better if you blurred/smudged/blended it a bit more so that it's not such a solid line.
The teeth look a little off too me...probably all you real need to do to them is follow through. They just need more shadows in the gums, and a couple highlights on the teeth themselves. The grass is a bit noisy to me toward the bottom of the picture - so you might consider blurring it on a duplicate level to soften it up. I'd suggest blurring for the sky and all the foreground that is behind the depth of the horse's placement as well, but that is somewhat a style choice, so belay that if you don't like the way blurring looks.
