To be honest, I like the other photo a little better than this one. it has a spookier, more ambiguous look to it, and I think the dimmer lighting really contributes to that. This pic is far from bad, though. the textures of the grass play off the water and (your? XD) the model's legs really well. all the elements mesh beautifully and create a solid, if not great, photo.

I guess it would have been kind of awkward if she saw me.. um.. with no pants photographing myself.. in the mud. My least favorite part of this photo is the ripples, cause .. you can tell i just plopped down there without really thinking about it. the color of my legs conflicts with the whole sudden death idea too.. so um.
yeah. i just ruined my own piece for everyone! hooray for overanalysis
