Description
Nearly every day this year i have seen this little dogtrying to find scraps of food, or patches of sunlight
to warm its frail, damaged, and shaking body...
everyday i have passed her without ever taking any action;
i see many dogs like her everyday...
its everywhere in the landscape i work.
I woke a few nights ago, and her image was strongly in my mind; i listened to this language of intuition, and decided to respond by restoring her being, god willing. The reason i'm sharing this on Deviant Art with you is because i feel there is an Art that goes by the name of 'restoration'.
Here, is a most beautiful form of creation; with body, mind, and soul. It is a canvas that is Alive.
As an Artist, I can visualize a future of her happiness and health, where her form is restored; where her neglect is retributed, and where her destiny is illuminated.
As an Artist, I move my soul, and make this happen.
So here is the beginning of an Artwork.
The process is the Restoration.

It makes me angry to see such injustice. We see this so often also and I feel outrage with the cruelty and lack of remorse in the people who have either directly contributed to or created these tragedys...and as I said, completely without remorse.
I am happy that you did take action.
