nothing without practice. Got a new tablet: intuos 4 large, Now I can finally draw a strait line instead of the wobbly lines on the bamboo tablet.

in Corel painter i have a lot of ready brushes but dont use couse i rarely do some effects

photoshop is more suited for brushes as far as I have experienced. Although 1 thing sucks: there is no shortcut for colour selection in photoshop...

a single brush is useless, but when you combine a few, you can recreate anything form snakeskin to canvas to metal flakes.

It's worth a try, use a cs2 or 3 but not the old photoshop, most brushes aren't compatible with that version.
