Description
Full Title: An Introduction To Collective MemoryI finally came up with a proper title for this piece. This is a layout of how the piece looks as a whole. Sorry, my old tarp is the only thing I had as a backdrop. It is now hanging up on my girlfriend Amy's wall.
Standard process: mixed media assemblage using misc. cardboards, misc. clippings from magazines and books, copper sheet, papers, sketchings, glue, frames bought at a thrift store, acrylic paints, and of course a lotta love.
Going left to right, with exception of the large middle one, which is last:
Frame 1, Frame 2, Frame 3, Frame 4, Frame 5, Frame 6, Frame 7, Frame 8, Frame 9

I actually really like the way the tarp looks. It accentuates the rustic feeling of the collages. Anyway, Your girl must really love it!

They look brilliant all together...it's a cool idea, executed in a really pleasing way. I love frames, too...so this is especially pleasing!!
Well done, fella!
