Thanks, I was attempting photorealism- well close proximity- but I just could not pull it off. I had watched this woman on YouTube do faces and I swear her pencil was the wand of Odin! Just POOF real picture of a person that can leap out and slap you. It was like going to the locker room and instantly feeling inadequate, or the damn gym. The guys next to me is bench-pressing a Subaru and I'm struggling with getting the space saver spare up. Ugh.... and these are the reasons I grind citalopram in my protein shakes...

Photorealistic art is a really specific skill—those folks train and learn the skill. You could too, with time and lessons. With cameras I think there is less point to this type of art, though it is undoubtedly impressive! And there are times where I’d love to be able to do it and apply it to fantasy situations though...
