i think i'll just be tacky and chime in on my own photo. there is nothing remotely pornographic about this image. there are people with pornography on the brain, and I can't keep them away from my gallery. but this photo is what it is, not what they want it to be.
and rayah, the photo is not 'posed' in the way you suggest. look again, or don't, but there is nothing even a little tense or forced going on here.

I don't get the feel that this is 'erotic'. It looks to me like the model is tense and is holding the 'pose'. Your description of 'act natural' is quite the point exactly. When modeling, a model must portray the vision that he/she is NOT 'acting', but yet is having the photographer snapping a 'natural' moment. (aka smoke & mirrors )....of course, there are exceptions.
