Conquistadores - Ulquiorra

For this assignment we were to enlarge and distort an image utilizing a grid system in order to represent and manipulate the image.

We had to render our drawing using only one color of colored pencil in order to present the value and tone of the image.

Girding the paper out in 3 inch squares, to distort my image, I drew each column as I could see in the picture, but would move the positioning of the image either up or down a square, instead of drawing them all in line horizontally.

I want the back ground within the void to be as dark as the hair. I need a new colored pencil though to be able to finish it. Using tweezers to hold what remains of the colored pencil is no fun. Will take a new picture and update once completed, this will remove the ill effect of the glare from the flash as well.
