This concept suddenly pop-up in my mind when i had a chat with my friends: and whose a fan of Kamen Rider too
...here we go! The concept is:An alter story when Decade triggers the ultimate Rider War; it's happen that Stronger had a match with Kabuto.
Stronger find hardship handling the Clock Up system.But since he has advantage in experience and how to anticipate things in battle; he fills his electrical charge all around his body so that Kabuto would be electrified whenever he use melee attack.
At the clinch of the battle...Stronger use the Charge-Up from while Kabuto found no other way to beat this old-timer except using Hyper form. When Kabuto calling the Hyper-Zecter from the open sky, Stronger-who had learned that "gadget type" rider can be very tricky with their tools-immediately blast him with chodenji electrofire...The strong electric wave drain Kabuto's power out and leaves the Hyper-Zecter in the hand of Stronger!!!
So..here's Stronger Hyper Charge-Up form!
Effect: Stronger can use Charge-Up form without penalti (the overload effect)
Charge-Up form can be used longer
He gain new ability: FLY!!!
He can use Hyper-Clock Up, BUT luckily he doesn't know about it...and how to operate it

hyper form is gadget based form...as long as the user learn to master the gadget there'll be no problem at all mastering the form. And i pretty sure all showa riders can learn fast enough to know that XD

Weeeeell....my and my brother feckin' HATE IT!!! I HATE IT!! I especially hate Tsukasa and Captain Marvelous who are just sellouts,they do say they were hiding the fact that they saved the Riders due to their dimensional powers but that doesn't excuse the crap development by Joe or Schmoe as I liked to call him,the extreme sexism in this story especially with Gobuster Yellow biting the dust during the Megazord fight,Daiki whom I hated the most was trying to make sense of it all and decided 'Feck this! I'm destroying this movie!!' It doesn't make SENSE!!
Hina can't fight but is the reasonable person to bring the remaining Rangers/Riders which possibly is the reason why Gokai Yellow and Pink aren't used. I've heard the Gokaigers were a bunch of pretentious dickheads and I can already see why because I've heard some people say Ahim(stupid name btw)is an attention seeker and Marvelous is a brat. Gokai Green and Gokai Silver are the only salvageable Gokaigers there is.
Characters keep on telling us the exact same thing whether to kill this group for the sake of survival,it's all just a bunch of stupid drama,people. STUPID DRAMA!!
I don't like the neutering of sooo many of the female heroes and Gokai Yellow and Pink are in fact useless throughout the entire series because feck it,they're just as good as airware. This isn't the 60's anymore,Toei.

Possibly why they created Showa vs Heisei to begin with in the first place!! They just looooove to make money off of the Showa Riders' expenses. Gentaro always wanted to befriend Riders and are excluding him in the fray?!! Black RX now killing Riders?!! I can understand the Heisei Riders are a bit darker but the Showa Riders have no excuse to fight their own successors. Also,Super-1 should've fought Fourze because Fourze and Meteor are like two halves of a modern-era Super-1 while #2 fights Agito and V3 should've fought Ryuki. Just saying.
I don't like neutering of the Showa Riders. I know they may not look it but they fought impossible odds greater than the Heisei Riders especially Amazon. I treat all Riders with respect except Decade because obvs. This is a terrible way to conceive the Riders and this isn't the way. I know there are franchises like DC which had terrible ideas like Amazon's Attack,Countdown and Batman Fortunate Son and Marvel with Spiderman One more day and the Maximum Clonage and Cable #1 mini-series but I guess this is a way of experimenting which I don't think things would go.
At least Showa vs Heisei had a better story unlike All-Riders vs Dai Shocker and Super Hero Wars went. It seemed that Shocker was much of a cop-out in Decade's story when it should've been Decade as a hero and villain because of his moniker. Also,Let's Go Kamen Riders story seems to be copied over to Super Hero Taisen which seems to be the reason why I hate it. For OOO Let's Go Kamen Riders,I don't wanna watch kids in our heroes story unless it's like the Decade and Den-O movie which was well done imo. I am gonna throw a rock in the sky and say,guess there aren't any good writers who are interested in KR or Super Sentai which is laughable considering how popular they are and I really hope people can enjoy the shows as they are.
Also,looking forward to Kamen Rider Taisen GP which it should've been called. Also,Showa vs Heisei Riders..how did they create 15 in the first place? Guess Badan soldiers infiltrated Yggdrasil like how Hydra did it in Captain America Winter Soldier. No one's gonna know how Badan created it unless you watch that Captain America movie..why?!! Does Toei expect us to know how 15's Sengoku driver was built without Ryoma's permission?

Considering Stronger is a Cyborg rider,I can assume He could adapt the ZECT technology to his body. I gotta say,this is killer!! I really would love to see a SH Figuarts figure. ^_^

Leave it to SIC to deal with this. Heck,they even give Black RX a final form called Another RX when given his brother's Kingstone,his body turns silver and his eyes green,making him much more powerful. Even obtaining another Revolcane so he can combine two swords to become a laser lance!! (Well,the laser lance was my idea. XD)

Actually looking at Kabuto I thought his design was partly influenced by stronger, (Which with exceptions for the crazy proportions is actually a pretty sweet one) when I saw his hyper form it confirmed it.
