Done for a book cover designing project.
I'm quite happy with it, which is rare coming from a sporadic procrastinating perfectionist. But I am, the jungle foliage came out so much better than expected and I like the subtle tone differences. This is painted with Japanese sumi ink that I've recently taken a liking to. It is possible to dilute by water, but if it was properly used, the black would be so thick that the shadows look extremely thick - although I didn't have the confidence to paint with such heavy or deep black.
This scan includes the 3mm bleed specified. Look at that disgraceful smudge down on the edge! Argh!
