So this started out as a sketch for Jorgen if he was in Sonic Riders, but I started to get an impression this could be a good redesign outfit for him. So I'm thinking more about tweaking his character as well as this design for him. He'd still act the same, but I feel I should change his powers if I use this design. Tell me what you guys think, should I keep this design or keep his old outfit but just modify his powers?

EDIT: Did some intricate patterns on his shirt just to do some tests to see what would look nice. I think the little designs like this look nice, just need to work on it some more.
