...And those were the lyrics which inspired me to make this picture. Those who know german know what it says, and the rest of you are just going to have to use a translator. Basically it is about building a prototype, and all the effort, all the good and all the bad that goes into it. I interpreted the lyrics like what you can see in the picture, very literally... but I think it's true to the spirit of the lyrics. My little tribute to one of my favourite bands, if you will.

So, this is the finished version of the picture. I especially tried to get a grasp of blending harder brushes with the softer ones to get a proper lighting to the picture. In my opinion I succeeded at that... on some level. It could be much more vivid with the lights and effects, but I'm not that efficient in using Photoshop- yet.

Original was done with Micron inks, and colored with CS3 + tablet.
