Description
I decided to revamp this Little Miss.

Miss Late is one I remember due to her catchy theme from the 1983 adaption of her story (which I wish someone would recreate someday). So I redesigned her the same as she was, but changed her skin color to green instead of orange since we already have a lot of Little Misses who are orange (plus, the green is a reference to the 1983 adaption) and more of a yellowish hair and remove of freckles. I also added a watch on her that she uses to keep track of time, but either it shows the wrong time, or just doesn't pay attention. The funny thing is that if the watch is on the wrong time, it's because of not Miss Late putting the wrong time, but because the watch may go haywire, like she's cursed.

So because of this, she's not very popular with the citizens of Dillydale. The irony is that it's usually Miss Naughty who might "help" her because her pranks sometimes might get Miss Late arrive on time.
