So here's a new model reference on the seventh incarnation of the Doctor in Mr. Men form. Sorry I haven't been pumping these out since early this year, been more busy with the hand drawn stuff after getting my tablet, but I figured finishing up some stuff.

After his previous incarnation was force to regenerate after being shot down by the Rani, this version of the Doctor had to deal with his enemy's plan and thwarts them. He was accompanied by Mel from before, and later Ace afterwards.

I watched a bit of his era after getting into Classic Who, and he was very decent. Though sadly his arc was not finished properly as he was the last Doctor for the show once it was cancelled.

Like with 2-8, this design was done originally as part of that project of all the existing Doctors at the time in Mr. Men form. I decide to revamp the design from how it was originally. His shape is based on Mr. Bump's, due to how he has a high voice like that character. His pupils are based on Mr. Nosy', after seeing Cloud City 7's design. The shoes are based after Mr. Funny's, though tweaked a bit to make them look like the Seven's. The only big changes are the hat and color scheme. The hat because I didn't want to reuse the Miss Bossy template too much, and the skin color is slightly brighter as I didn't want to clash it with my design of Ten. I also simplified it from before, so the question mark is gone as so is the scarf around his body.
