Description I have but a question for you brother.
Please allow me to look back before this ever happened
Do you remember our third and fourth year on this planet. The freshly fallen snow covering our legs, the laughter and the excitement that came with our days. Do you remember how we'd look up at the night sky, looking for the fairies we have read about. Do you remember the days and the fields and the many joys of the countryside. I remember.

Even though you are gone, the whispers of your past still attend this place of loneliness and fear, the science of your love still blankets over me like a protective coat. I remember when we'd run along the playground when the sun was setting, the stars shone from above, our faces lit from the pink light that came from the side. The fairies and strolls would play throughout the night with us. You seemed lost without the very imagination of the things, that you danced with on those summer nights..

Do you remember the years of middle school from which you held onto those dreams, where you held on to the very imagination that set you apart. I remember seeing you drawing in your notes, singing the old tunes, or staring into the forest..I remember the books you read.

Do you remember the high school years, from which you were made fun of, but still held that bright smile, from which you would always sing. The books you kept and the pictures you drew, how instead of partying you decided to sit out in the night and read the books, smiling into that same night sky.

Do you remember her? The girl who loved the fairies as well, who would sing the songs with you, or would dance with you, seeing your hearts meld together would make me smile, you two always loved the faces throwing each other in front to help. I remember the wedding, how the flowers shone, and the smile on your face as you looked at me.

Do you remember the little girl you had> do you remember he loving smile, or her intense imagination, how she would get in trouble at school for talking about the fairies in daddy's books? I remember taking care of her for a week, Emily ha just died, and your little girl made me feel whole again.

Do you remember the drawings you drew? The various pieces of art you made? How the faces came to life on the page and how you loved them all the same

Do you remember handing me your pen in that crash? Telling me to continue you legacy, how I needed to help the world see the fairies?
I will, brother I will help people see the fairies.

One more question. Are you there? Dancing with the fairies, if so, wait for me, I will join, I could finally dance again, you and me, and them, then, and only then, will I truly be happy.

My brother was a superstitious dude
He believed folkloric creatures since he was little.
When he would pick me up from the doctor, he would always have a charm on him.
He gave me his pen the day he died.
Told me to draw the fairies
I promised, now I have to keep that promise
