It's cause it's not boobs. When I drew her, I meant for her body to have the rough shapes of a woman, but not having her be a woman.
Those are boobs in the same way the eyes on a butterflys wings are eyes, and in the way the wormlike thing in a snapping turtles mouth is a worm.
