That closeup reminds me of "Innocent Blood"'s cover. It was a vampire mobster horror comedy with French actress Anne Parillaud from "La Femme Nikita" and "The Man in the Iron Mask" and oh the voice of Mr Potato Head(Don Rickles) had a role there and he got a gruesome death!
