We come to the most sad and dreadful character in the SF series.

“Violence...is who I am!”

The title says it all, it’s Ryu...Evil Ryu to be precise.

It is unknown when Evil Ryu appeared, but it’s known as Ryu’s dark side.

He made his debut in Street Fighter Alpha 2. He was exactly like Ryu, but with a darker skin and a black karate-gi.

But in Street Fighter 4, his design was completely changed.

He was still wearing the black karate-gi. But the upper part was more torn apart and he has a wound in his chest.

His hair his scarlet red, with vicious red eyes and fangs.

Some of you might remember in one of Street Fighter 4's OVA, Sakura came and hug Ryu and urged Ryu not give into the dark hadou.

The tears of Sakura made Ryu got back to his senses.

In Street Fighter 5, Evil Ryu appeared as Ryu’s Satsui no Hado form, Kage.

To be honest, I found Kage design quite boring, and not very impressive.

But it is known that Ryu managed to defeat his inner devil and become a strong warrior.

Akuma was enraged, and he decided to settle the score with Ryu in his end of his journey.

So, this is Evil Ryu in Marathon Media style, with a mix of Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Street Fighter 4.

I am not very good at drawing bad characters, but it is good practice.

My favourite has to be the Asura's Wrath one, as it's a very dramatic and intense tone.
