For the best look first install Sagorpirbd's RTM Visualstyle, imo the best win7 xp msstyle on :

It offers you a lot of colours and works fine. Than use the included Reshacker, open the msstyle and replace the taskbarbackground of the red theme with the Ducatitaskbar background, if you want to use ceiiulars Show desktop button.

If not use the fakeshowdesktop bmp.Also replace the toolbarbackground with the included toolbarbackground bmp.Work of one minute and you are done.
Install the vistart. If you just have installed Vistart, press exit before.
Includes german and english red vistart version.
For the windowborders you need Komalo's five star deviation BorderSkin.
