Windows8 "startmenu" for Xp, Vista and Windows7.
This is a Vistart skin which simulates the Win8 startmenu. What are the benefits? No changes of your system. You can easily try it, and remove it, if you don't like it.
Check it out.

How to use? Download the exe from Leesoft. Unzip the content of this deviation and add the exe. Hover over the upper right corner of the startmenu brings up a little red square which opens the options menu. That's all.
If you want to have another targets for the buttons, simply edit the Settings XML file with the targets of your choice. In example you can add a shortcut to your Rainmeter to activate it from this menu. It's not the fast switch like the original, but better than nothing.
