sorry for bad quality.i had a thought one day, that what if there was a universe where every city had a hero to protect it.
well this is phantom ( not the most original name in the world) he heals twice as fast as a standard human, he cant fly but he can control his fall speed, he is twice as strong as a man in good shape.
down side is that if he stays in phantom form to long ( 2 days at most) he dies permanently .
