A stallion is a male horse, you know. If anyp- anybody lost their fe/male organs it would have been mentioned or implied.
And doing that is impractical or unlikely to you in particular when so much of the human race have spontaneously turned into a variety of creatures from myth they are a minority, but by no means scarce enough to be deemed freaks or be brushed off. They'd have volunteers.
