Description

Claris has been horse-crazy ever since she was little, and when she saw centaurs visit her village one day, she knew what she wanted to be when she grew up. It took her a long time, but twenty years later, at last she's managed to find a way to realize her dream. The fairy wasn't so convinced at the bizarre spell the girl requested, but she felt at least a little relieved when the newly-minted centauress looked down at herself and exclaimed, "It's perfect!"

I spent a long sitting this morning, about five hours, coloring and shading Claris here, and now, I'm pleased to say I've actually finished a drawing for the first time in a long time! She might not be everybody's cup of tea, but I'd like to think she turned out well.
