Isn't Moulin Rouge great? I love that movie!! Anyway, you did the dress well, and even though the picture is sketchy (which isn't bad), you make it look cleaner with the dark lines without taking away the nice detail.

Actually, I don't know anything about Moulin Rouge but this is a d4mn good drawing. The attention to detail in the dress is the best feature. And the hands are beautiful, I know many artists that would want your skill in that (me included).
