“Nowhere to run now, pet. Nobody, not even the Assistant, to take mercy on you.”
Taiyo fidgeted, wiggling his toes. He could hear the gurney shake, but he couldn’t get any momentum. He was trapped like a rat. There was nothing he could do as the Specialist attached two tubes to his mask.
“Breathe deep, Prince. Don’t think. Just breathe. Focus on my voice and my hands.”
He ran those gloves hands down the prince’s body. He started at his helmeted and hooded head, massaging his ears and stroking at his mask. He couldn’t feel it behind the thick rubber, but he didn’t need to. The way he clutched him so tightly, with such dominance, made him reflexively swallow. There were new feelings he’d suppressed welling to the fore.
