This is an idea that I got from Stargate Atlantis.This is from the mini-series episodes "The Siege"
One of the characters was talking about a generator getting it's massive power from holding "a barely contained overload", and I just built from that idea--using a t-shirt to display someone's state of being in a barely contained overload.
