Wow, it's been a while since I've uploaded anything. I've been posting a lot of sketches on my tumblr, but this is the first finished piece I've done in a while. The vibrant colours were a real challenge.

I almost didn't recognize this as one of your pieces since I don't think I've seen you use pink before! But I like it! I especially love how you did the character's visible eye and the skeleton. (oh, and I like the detail in the swords too!)

Thanks! I wouldn't have used pink either, but it's fanart of a character, so I stuck with the original hair colour. I think it turned out pretty ok.

It's acrylic paint, actually; I use it like watercolour. And yep! Crosshatched with pen.

That's even more impressive, I can't control a brush to save my life- better to stay with pencils, pens and pastels of all sorts.
