Really amazing design!
Interesting how her torso continues features from the serpent and its scales(?) even make up her underbelly. I think that somehow makes it more believable they are really two minds making up one being and not just a snake stuck to a taur.

I can picture her as a dragon version of a Lynel, with a serpent tail that breaths ice.
