I've decided to keep these comic pages short... drawing long comic pages along with coloring and effects take forever.
After Applejack subdued Sam while Fluttershy took down Max, the other ponies show up trying to know of my whereabouts. When they learned from Applejack that I (along with Daisy...) ran into the nearby alley, the ponies continued their pursuit. Applejack and Fluttershy stayed behind to watch over Sam and Max so they don't get in the ponies' way again.
notes:
-Recently transferred over to my new PC. Had to install the essential art software and bring my artwork over.
-Got very very distracted throughout the month... I hope drawing shorter comic pages will help me get these out faster.

There were several people who asked me that question... It's based on how fast the MLP fandom spread out at the time. From this story, it's more like ponies go after the stubborn holdouts... ones who are resistant or indifferent to the ponies' influence.
