Very nice work. The lighting is awesome - you've got the primary and secondary shades happening at once quite effectively. I also like how the horns appear to be either flexible or uneven. She looks very supple and full of dynamic energy.
Her left hand seems a bit small - I understand you're tackling foreshortening, a difficult feat for many of us to master. I believe it would appear a little larger than - at least - the other hand.
The only thing that bugs me is that she looks too much like a draenei, from World of Warcraft, crossed with Nightstalker from X-Men. That is not necessarily to its detriment, I'm just saying that that is what I see first when I look at it. Perhaps a different color skin tone, or additional features like thorns, horns, spines or plates to vary it up further.

As for the Draenei look..I thought the same thing after it was too late

I had no intention of drawing a dreanei when I started this picture, in fact she was going to be red. But early on I decided I didn't want a normal Demon, and the sports team Blue Devils popped into my head so I made her blue..then when I got near completion I realized it looked a lot like a dreanei. I had hoped that the evil presence would help avoid some comparison, but alas it did not.

Very dynamic pose and I love the composition, you're almost immediately drawn to her eyes when viewing this. Lovely lighting as well and great job on those lava cracks, they look very natural.

Woah, i love the feet idea thats awesome and i love how you didnt do typical human legs on it. the horns being off instead of perfectly symmetrical works really well for it. i love how its almost sprawled across the rocks as well. well done. the tail is the perfect accent for it as well as the belt on the leg. this is excellent
