Thought I'd give you guys a few hints as to who the last characters are:
1. He's from a unique GBA game.
10. He's from a violent comic book.
Obscure 1+2. 2 Characters from a PC game from a renowned creator.
Obscure 3+4. 2 secret characters from a PS1 game.

Time for a third coming! Additional favorite characters of mine from different games, comics, shows and movies.

I'm offering prizes to whoever guesses these!
Here's how it will work: I have two tiers of character in this picture, the normal ten, and the obscure five.

For the normal ten, when(or if) they are all guessed, whoever has the highest number of correct guesses gets a free sketch.

For the obscure five, IF they're guessed, whoever has the highest number of correct guesses gets a free colored sketch.
