why he did not fought against mary before he locked him in that cage? is not supossed to be he stronger because he is a man and mary a woman?

It's very possible that Mary made a habit of drugging him, among other things. Physical strength alone will often crumble before the might of a very manipulative and cunning person.

It was confirmed in the Clock Tower 2 japanese only novelization that Jennifer giving him the ham wasn't canon and that the police found him dead in the cage of starvation.

Yeah, upon recovery, he'd start that way. Of course, whoever found him would surely nurse him back to physical health. Coincidentally, the idea of physical health restoration leading to re-sanity is mentioned in my upcoming fanfic, "Clock Tower: EX" (working title)
