Flamedawn junped at the sudden voice, before internally smacking herself for not oaying better attention. She should have heard her clanmate approaching. Looking up, she quickly recognized who this cat was. She stopped her little doodling, stepping a few pawsteps away.

He felt so bad for his best friend, no one deserved to lose their mother. His olive green eyes soon forced him away from this thoughts as they caught site of a cat. It was Badgerstreak, Cranefeatherβs father. The large manx tom trotted over to him with a sympathetic look on his face.
