This actually made me think of Bambi meets Princess Mononoke. I'm not trying to jump on the Bambi bandwagon. I haven't read all of the comments either. I really enjoyed Princess Mononoke, but I've always appreciated that man's work in general; it's like seeing dreams come to life.

This is so awesome! BUT it's killing me that it looks so familiar.. reminds me of a movie or cartoon that I saw in which the deer god was like bowing and giving someone its blessings but then it gets shot x.x WHERE DID I SEE THIS?!

I am not really that hard on what something is or isn't. If you feel it's that forest spirit from Princess Mononoke (omg, I just realized, that forest spirit face freaked me out when I saw it D: )or the pokemon, that's up to you. You are able to interpret it the way you want. It's generic I suppose.
Also, just so you know, I didn't realized everyone would like it. It's 12:22pm now, and I submitted it like at 4am in the morning and woke up an hour ago. And I woke up because I had a nightmare that because I painted it at night, the colours became all black and no one could see what it was.

In a way yes. I love it when some minute aspects can be elaborated and after seeing "Princess Mononoke", it was really good to feel the emotion I was feeling watching it. But I wanted to keep it different from the Mononoke one in a way that, it could be interpreted anyway the viewer wants it to be. Though, personally, I want to do Princess Mononoke one really bad.
