Something new from yours truly!! It's an ID card/LFS (which stands for License For Submission) for all deviants to use as a deviantID.
It's simple: just fill out the card and, for the picture, you can either insert an actual photo or just a drawing of yourself.

An ID card wouldn't be an ID card without a barcode. Just go to any free barcode generator website, generate a barcode number, save it as a PNG file, and place it under your picture. But, here's the tricky part! The barcode must be in the following format: 16 numbers, the first 8 being your birthday (MMDDYYYY), and the last 8 being the day you joined deviantART (MMDDYYYY).
