Description There were a couple of problems between Poser Pro 2014 and Poser Pro 11 - let's just say the problems appear to be solved with Poser Pro 11.02.  This opens up some rendering options.

This was just a test shot to verify that the various textures matched up.  Who am I kidding? I verified the texture matching well before this - this just looked cool!

In any case, some good soundtrack progress tonight, and still on track to produce a 5000 frame animation in about a week.

This test just means I can probably produce a few more animations in the next few weeks.

Ain't life grand?

And I'm all.. "Yaaaaah!"    You have to forgive her reaction - what she's seeing in the mirror isn't like anything she's seen before.   I suppose that would be a bit of a shock.

BTW - for anyone interested, I had two issues I was struggling with.   First was that using Poser Pro 2014, and creating a Collected Scene Inventory to upload to the render farm - did not correctly including Movie nodes for 4 sets of animated textures.   Luckily the render guys were willing to reconnect the nodes after I uploaded the various images.  Only the first image from each sequence got copied - but even that wasn't used - firing up Poser Pro 2014 still used the local copies on my system.

However, with the files in place, Poser Pro 11 correctly found and used the files in the CSI.  Problem solved.

However, there were render issues:  When my V4 based character opened her mouth slightly, in reflections, the mouth appeared to have a very bright light in it.  This prevented me from using Poser Pro 11.   However, when I retried last night - I found there was an update:  11.02 - I installed that - and the render issue is fixed!!

Even *better* other objects, like the legs of the flying saucer - looked much better in the reflections - and I *may* be able to roll the quality back a bit to speed up the renders - but I need to do some more experiments with that.

It's rare that I praise Poser - but they got a lot right here - and IMHO - deserve some credit.

It's always nice to hear that you are able to solve issues that come up during rendering and you are able to enhance the quality of the render

Heh - well, I doubt I can take much credit for it - but now that I've "solved" the the Poser 11 problem I can at least get back to that durned soundtrack and maybe get something posted in the next week.

Thanks as alway - your comments to help spur me own to more progress.
