As good a title as any - just trying somethings out. I keep wanting to add more stuff and the render times keep pushing out. But this is just a test to see if some of my experiments might work - and I think they just might. The latest update from the fiends at Apple broke my ability to use my Oculus Rift anymore but initial tests are showing this is going to look pretty amazing in 3-D. That is the plan here - it's aimed at a 3-D experience.More as things progress, I just thought this looked cool. This not actually a planned scene - esp. with her right fingers poking through her thigh - testing several different things at once.
This could take a while...

Ack! Lots an' lots of reflections. Going to take some wicked power to render all that, but very cool-looking!

Actually - the pure reflections are all that expensive - it's the partial ones that can really cause problems. I finally had to move to SuperFly and lost some of cool stuff in this one - but, it works - reflected objects don't bounce around (which has been happening in Poser for some time now) and I found a hexagon texture I like for the floor and that's looking quite nice.
Still - take about an hour on my long-in-the-tooth iMac and the predicted 3000 frames (x2 for 3D) is going to run into money. Still once I get close I plan to try to shave off some rendering cycles here and there.

Yeah - it'll be a bit of a overload in 2-D, but so far it looks like it should look pretty good in 3-D - too bad the Apple update broke my ability to use my Oculus Rift.
