Wow, I would never think to do it with that kind of effects and brushes , and either to leave the sketch, I haven't think that the effects that it makes looks beautiful
Doesn't look like there are many differences between Photoshop 2 and 5 -I just have ps 5- I hope it would work the same with both c:

Don't always stick to the same usual method all the time, I often try out anything new & that's pretty much how I come across & have so many art styles
IDK, I don't like using CS5, prefer CS2 cuz it's much simple

Well I just do it normally how I did my paintings, normally leaving the sketch on top & colouring it below the sketch layer, I work on it till I'm satisfied, it's hard to explain to you, just try it out yourself XD
