April 2 2010 UPDATEThank You to everyone who +fav or decided to play ^--^
I have updated the game to have a menu bar to select settings and view stats.
I've fixed glitch after glitch so if you find anything wrong even after my searching please fill me in.
Even after updates, your pet should still be alive for you and the game shouldn't start him over. If that happens let me know.

As of now, if you are wondering how long it will take your egg to hatch, it is 1 day but the evolutions dont stop there!
I have to add in more things later so that it will hatch into various pets - right now, they just hatch into inanimate drawings/scribbles.

This is the beginning to a FLASH pet game I'm making.
Right now, the pet hatches after a certain amount of time.
You can create your own pet, name him, then come back later to see if he's hatched! Eventually he will, and he evolves and such.
The music is FF10 Nobuo Uematsu not me! ^--^
Since the CookiePet saves to the computer and not a server online, if you can't see your pet on anyone else's computer.
I will be posting updates, so enjoy!
Also, any reporting of glitches is well appreciated.

Definitely, its in the works ^-^ I already have worked through the first stage after he comes out of the egg, I have added an evolution bar for anxious players who would like to see their eggie / pet's progress. I've made one item for him to interact with so far. It's comin along. I want to finish up the rest of the evolutions so the experience will feel more complete.
Thank you very much, you probly don't know it, but you've actually helped me to develop a lot of the interface just by playing and giving feedback.

Actually, your egg's info is still inside of your computer and it wasnt erased. You'd just have to substitute the file the new egg is running on with the older one.
I figured out that every time I make a new updated submission, flash creates a new folder. Ill be trying to find a way around this.
