actually this is a ripoff, of my friend character, and both are very simplistic blob rabbit designs, ad i never said 10 cents max at any points, i was saying my friend sold their for 10pts, and for them to sell a design exactly like this design for that cheap but then this design to be sold at such a high price compared to theirs is absurd. Especially since this one is just an obvious ripoff of theirs.

Im sorry but who asked you on your opinion about how much another artists' creations are worth? I've seen a literal white dog with nothing whatsoever go for $300. A $15 shadow bunny with an actual concept to it is a decent price.
I don't see anyone telling you what your artwork should be worth. But with that kind of attitude you throw at random artists, who never even asked for your input, I'm sure you don't get much business to begin with.

actually im doing this because if they continue to basically copy hundreds of other exactly the same characters then sell them for literally almost anything above pennies, i see it as theft. Someone i know made a bunch of adopts about a few months ago with one exactly on point like this one, then they come around copy it, and try to sell it for 15$. I generally dont see that as fair at all, especially since the person i know's adopts only sold for around 100 pts.

You cannot copyright a concept. I of all people should know this, considering I have closed species and arpg species and a multitude of other characters. Simple characters are very common and there is a high chance that hundreds of similar shadow bunnies exist. I've seen these for YEARS sweetpea, they're nothing new. People have been making these for over a decade.
You cannot go around finding RANDOM people that DO NOT KNOW OF YOUR FRIEND'S EXISTENCE and instantly claim that they are copying them. Where is your proof that they INTENTIONALLY and PURPOSELY copied your friends adopt? Where is your evidence that pine knows about this person even being on DeviantART in the first place? Unless you have concrete evidence that pine is flat out stealing from someone (that they literally do not even know exists im the first place), nobody is going to believe you.

just shadow animals sorta are just pure black lineless animals with little no no detail at all. In the past week alone i've seen atleast 10 shadow creatures, 2 of which were bunnies that looked almost exactly like this one, and they sel for as little as 10 pts. obviously the art here is a little better then most of those, but it's still extremely unoriginal and overpriced due to it being so unoriginal.
