Riptor from Killer Instinct. He has such a weird stance, but the more I look at it, the more unique it is I suppose, he is a genetically engineered raptor thing after all. He was a cool character so I was kinda surprised he didn't make it in Killer Instinct 2. Also, his name is great: Riptor!Killer Instinct Β© Rare Ltd.

That was only because they used Frog DNA when creating the Dinosaurs. And since some species of Frog are able to change sex, that's how the Dinosaurs were able to do it.
